Amber Coulter - Owner, MSPT

Amber Coulter – MSPT/Owner

Amber was raised in Florence, MT, and is now raising her family in her childhood hometown. After receiving her B.S in Exercise Science from Gonzaga University, she returned home to earn her MSPT from the University of Montana in 2001. She has been a practicing physical therapist in Missoula and the Bitterroot Valley since 2001. Amber was certified in the treatment of lymphedema in 2002 through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, and was certified in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS-dry needling) in 2017. Amber treats patients of all ages for various post-surgical, orthopedic, balance, geriatric, and cancer related issues using manual therapy skills, exercise, and a functional movement approach. She is committed to assisting patients in returning to their desired level of function as well as educating for injury prevention. Amber is the owner of Valley Physical Therapy and works in the Stevensville Clinic.

Kathy Dolese - MSPT

Kathryn Dolese – MSPT

For the past 24 years, Kathy has been a practicing physical therapist in Missoula, having earned her MSPT from the University of Montana. Much of her work focuses on general orthopedics and the treatment of musculoskeletal imbalances for all age groups, with an emphasis on rehabilitation for runners.

She also specializes in the treatment of women’s health issues and has completed Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute courses Pelvic 1, 2A, 2B and Capstone, as well as Visceral and Myofascial Mobilization.

Kathy’s aim is to increase awareness, share the latest research, and bolster women’s knowledge so they can make informed choices about their own healthcare. Kathy is certified in intramuscular stimulation (Dry needling) and SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment).

Lindsey Flint - DPT, OCS

Lindsey Flint – DPT, OCS

Lindsey is a Montana native who has been a physical therapist since graduating from the University of Montana in 2011. She achieved her certification as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in 2016, which recognizes advanced clinical skills in evaluating and treating orthopedic injuries.

She enjoys treating all orthopedic issues, with a specific interest and experience treating sacroiliac (SI) dysfunction, balance issues, and providing post-operative care. She combines a hands-on approach with exercise and patient education to help patients reach their specific goals and improve their quality of life.

Jessie Perry - DPT

Claire Croft – DPT

Claire earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018 from Regis University in Denver, CO. She is passionate about helping patients restore comfort and quality of movement to meet their daily needs and physical aspirations.

Over the course of her career, her continuing education has focused on vestibular rehabilitation and balance training, persistent pain management, care for the older adult, and she is certified in dry needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

Jessie Perry - DPT

Amber Diaz – DPT

Amber grew up in western Colorado where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology and Spanish. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, where she built a strong foundation in evidence-based practice. 

Amber treats a wide range of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses with a focus on Parkinson’s Disease, geriatric care, and balance/fall prevention training. She is passionate about helping individuals empower themselves and regain independence through education, strengthening, and mobility restoration. 

Amber strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment in the clinic through connection and humor, ensuring that everyone has fun on their path to recovery. When not in the clinic, you can find her hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, crafting, and playing cribbage.

Tracy DeVall - MSPT

Tracy DeVall – MSPT

Tracy has been a physical therapist since 2000 receiving an MSPT from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She treats a wide variety of patients of all ages, including general orthopedic injuries, post-surgery rehab, sports injuries, balance and fall prevention, movement training and general fitness/wellness.

She enjoys spending time outdoors recreating with her husband and teenage children.

Tracy DeVall - MSPT

Brooke Tran – DPT

Brooke treats a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative care, balance dysfunctions and spine/joint pain. Brooke’s specific areas of interest include geriatric care, neck pain and sacroiliac dysfunction. Her treatment approach uses manual therapy and corrective exercise to address movement dysfunctions, with emphasis on maximizing function for each individual.

Brooke has been a physical therapist since 2013, receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana.
